Ed Rooney, DVM

The only local of the group, Dr. Ed Rooney attended Dover High School and the University of New Hampshire. He obtained his DVM from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. After graduation, his first job was at….the Daniel Webster Animal Hospital! During the 90's, he worked in three other practices but returned to DWAH and became a business partner in 1997. Dr. Rooney is a past president of the New Hampshire Veterinary Medical Association and enjoys practicing general medicine, surgery, and dentistry at DWAH. He enjoys time outside the practice with his wife, two young sons, and Pumpkin the cat (who acts like a dog).
